Sophia’s project explored the intersection of fashion and contemporary culture by combining Ann Demeulemeester with artificial intelligence. Drawn to the contrast between handcrafted artistry and technological automation, she used this creative tension as the foundation of the concept.
Rather than replacing creativity, Sophia proposed AI as a tool to support the brand through trend forecasting, personalisation, and audience engagement, while preserving its artistic integrity by keeping the creative design process human-led. The project focused on balancing craftsmanship with technology, maintaining the brand’s distinctive aesthetic while strengthening its connection with a contemporary audience.
